Brookfield Properties honed in on their mission to provide an EV charging solution to residents. In pursuit of a program to serve their ever-growing population of EV drivers, they teamed up with EVPassport to implement a cost effective solution across three properties in the Bay Area of California.
Brookfield Properties boasts a substantial portfolio including over 20,000 multi-family units. As their growth continued, a rising demand for an EV charging solution from their residents further developed. Despite exploring various costly options, Brookfield Properties was unable to find an EV charging solution that was easy-to-use, reliable, and generated additional revenue.
In response to this challenge, EVPassport's cutting-edge software and charging stations were strategically and economically deployed at three Brookfield Properties, totaling 26 stations. This addressed the immediate need for EV charging and also showcased the innovative and adaptable nature of our solution.
With a total of 26 charging stations currently installed, Brookfield Properties and EVPassport are working to deploy an additional 10 charging stations by the end of year. As the partnership continues to grow, there are plans for further expansion integrating into additional properties within the Brookfield portfolio. The commitment to innovation and meeting the evolving needs of residents remains at the forefront of this partnership.
